Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how h4x.si ("we", "us") handles information when you visit h4x.si or use the software listed here, including ReACT. If you do not agree with this policy, please don’t use the site or the software.

2. This website

This site has no accounts, no contact forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. Like any web server, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Two preferences are stored only in your own browser: whether sound is on, and whether you’ve already seen the boot animation this session. They are never sent to us.

3. ReACT

ReACT requires you to sign in with Google. When you do, we receive and store:

• Account information from Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Synced settings: the app settings and profiles you save, so they follow you between computers.

We use this only to sign you in and to sync your settings. ReACT does not record or upload your keystrokes, screen contents or gameplay. Account and settings data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), and each user can only access their own records.

4. Other projects

Projects marked as prototypes are not distributed and collect nothing. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the software (such as Google for sign-in, Supabase for storage and our hosting provider), or when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your ReACT account and synced settings while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and synced settings at any time by emailing hello@h4x.si.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@h4x.si and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The site and software are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
